I have read many letters to the editor that have stated why we should vote 'no' for the $45 million library bond.
There are many residents that are on some kind of fixed income and the last few years we have seen taxes increasing including what we pay in support of libraries.
Why should we accept a bond that will put us into more bondage? North Ogden just went through a recent bond issue in which it was determined that the amount of money needed was a lot less than originally stated and accepted.
After looking at the libraries, I think the amount of money to be bonded far exceeds the money needed.
