OGDEN -- A late Wednesday night shooting in Ogden sent two men to the hospital.

Three men were riding in a dark-colored 1980s Pontiac Grand Prix, heading south on Monroe Boulevard around 10:30 p.m. Wednesday, said Ogden Police Lt. Tony Fox.

As they were about to turn west onto 25th Street, a baby-blue Pontiac with a white roof drove up, and a passenger in the front seat of the baby-blue Pontiac fired into the Grand Prix, hitting the driver in the head and a passenger in the shoulder.

Fox did not know the condition of the victims, but said they were able to speak coherently with officers. The victims told police they did not know who their attackers were. They were taken to McKay-Dee Hospital for treatment.

Police are asking anyone with information about the shooting or the baby-blue Pontiac to call Weber Dispatch at 801-629-8221.
