I wish to comment regarding the news story of July 14, "Lagoon's 'Wild Kingdom Train' draws PETA protest." I used to work at Lagoon and I have seen those animals in other locations back near picnic areas. I have seen them get water and have hay and other food put in feeders. If people would take a walk on the Farmington pathway by Lagoon, they will go past areas where these animals get fed in bigger areas than those we only see from the train.
People should open their eyes. Lagoon has people taking care of these animals.
