OREM -- Authorities say a man arrested and charged for sexually assaulting two small children was caught doing something similar four days after he bailed out of jail.
The Deseret News reports that 18-year-old Nicholas Simmonds was arrested this week after police say he grabbed a 6-year-old girl and pulled some of her clothing off.
Orem Police Sgt. Craig Martinez says the incident occurred four days after he got out of jail. He was being detained after being arrested in late May and charged with sexual assault of two children.
Court documents show the latest incident occurred after a man who invited Simmonds over to work at his house lost track of Simmonds and took his young daughter outside.
Bail has been set at $20,000 cash only in the latest arrest.
