OGDEN -- A trial date has been set for a North Ogden woman accused of helping her husband dump the body of their teenage baby sitter.

Dea Millerberg, 40,  will stand trial starting April 3, 2014. She is charged with felony desecration of a body.

Prosecutors say she and her husband, Eric Millerberg, dumped the body of 16-year-old Alexis Rasmussen in Morgan County in 2011.

Her husband is accused of having drug-fueled, salacious sexual relationship with Rasmussen that caused her death from overdose in 2011. He's charged with felony child abuse homicide, and is set to go to trial in February.

Dea Millerberg's attorney, Mike Bouwhuis, says she is afraid of her husband and plans to divorce him. She also plans to testify against him at his trial.
