Maurice and Reva Blau

Maurice and Reva Buttars Blau of Roy celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Aug. 7. They celebrated by attending the Idaho Falls Temple. That evening their children joined them for a dinner at the Maddox Ranch House Restaurant.
They were married in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Idaho Falls Temple on Aug. 7, 1953.
He was born at the Blau Ranch in Logan County, Kan. He attended school in Kansas and Mesa, Ariz. He graduated from Utah State University with a bachelor’s degree.
She was born in Clarkston. She attended school in Clarkston and graduated from North Cache High School.
They are active in the LDS Church, having served in ward and stake callings. They also served as ordinance workers in the Ogden Temple for 14 years.
Their children and spouses are Vonzaa Hewitt, Maurie and Judy Blau, and Cami and Robb Alexander.
They have nine grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
