Editor,

I just realized they are lying to me. That is why they never respond to my questions. We can’t set a seven-day water timer to every three days or every five.

I have been resetting it every week. Each time I go out between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., people are watering and they have the greenest lawns.

So I finally thought that these guys know something. So I upped my watering time to one hour like the experts suggested to create the best root systems. And I water during the day like everyone else. It works. My lawn is greening up. Now I can set it and forget it, no longer remembering to set the timer every week. Don’t they know it is how much water we need not how often we water?

Maybe they all are government or businesses that seem to always be watering anytime.

According to the governor, Utah has plenty of cheap water, and everyone I know doesn’t know we have a restriction.

I know that water is recyclable and we pay for the same water every year.

This scam that these guys are running says that we have been running out of water for some 50 years now. Prove it to me, and let us run out of water. Doesn’t it just return to the hills; it doesn’t get lost does it?

Cease delivery of secondary water? Doesn’t the culinary water come from the same place? Are they running these scare tactics to what get a raise or what?

I don’t understand. Help me out here.
