PROVO -- Police have arrested seven people after finding small amounts of meth and nine children at a Provo home.
Provo Police and the Utah County Major Crimes Task Force served a search warrant Tuesday night at 60-year-old Darwin Goode's home.
Task force spokesman Lt. Phil Murphy says Goode was arrested on drug distribution charges and told police he sells drugs to support his family.
The Daily Herald reports 32-year-old Tiena Cook, the mother of five of the children, was arrested on drug and child endangerment charges.
Murphy says the children ranged from 3 to 15-years-old and are in the custody of the state's child welfare agency.
Five others - 24-year-old Jake Webber, 34-year-old Denise Marshall, 26-year-old Shayliena Cannon, 50-year-old Mary Goode, and 20-year-old Eli Dalton - were arrested on similar charges.
