1963, Claire and Judy Bowcutt ofTremonton were united in marriage.Their marriage took placein Garland, and their vows werelater solemnized in The Church ofJesus Christ of Latter-day SaintsOakland California Temple.
A luncheon for family andfriends will be held in their honorfrom 1 to 3 p.m. on Sept. 14 at theHampton Ford Gardens in Collinston.
The youngest of three children,he was born to Rudy andLulu Bowcutt of Garland. Hegrew up working in the familygrocery store, Rudy’s IGA, inGarland. Upon graduating fromBear River High School, wherehe met his high school sweetheart,he continued achieving adegree from Utah State University.His career has taken him toDel Monte in San Francisco andNucor in Plymouth. He presentlymanages Ogden Litho.
The third of five children, shewas born to Stan and June Bowcutt.She grew up in Ogden andTremonton, and also graduatedfrom Bear River High School andUSU. She taught school in the BoxElder School District for manyyears and is now retired.
They have enjoyed and supportedtheir children and grandchildrenin their endeavors.
Whenthey are not working in theiryard, they enjoy spending timewith family at their property inIdaho.
They have six children, sevengrandchildren and two greatgrandchildrenwith one on theway.
