SALT LAKE CITY -- A Utah state legislative committee investigating Attorney General John Swallow is scheduled to meet Wednesday.
The Utah House formed the fact-finding committee in July to look into allegations of misconduct that have dogged Swallow since January.
Swallow is the subject of federal and state investigations but has repeatedly denied wrongdoing.
The committee has hired a legal team of investigators and special counsel to assist their investigation.
The outside investigators are expected to lay out their plan for the probe at Wednesday's meeting.
Legislative general counsel John Fellows has said the committee could start calling witnesses in November or December.
