This is the first time I have ever been angry at the way Ogden city utilities deals with their mistakes and customers like me who they have robbed. My meter was changed Dec. 20, 2012, except that it was crossed with my neighbor's new meter. Therefore, I have been paying my neighbor's bill since that time. When I called Ogden city to reimburse me on my bill, the city only went back three months because a manager there said "the rest of the time was so close." Close? I live alone. There are several people in the house next door.
I want to make people aware that they need to have their meters checked as well, to see whose bill they have been paying for the past year. I want my full refund.
