OGDEN -- Police have released the name of the woman killed Tuesday when a semitrailer ran her over.
Ogden Police Lt. Steve Zaccardi said Mercedes Serrano, 26, of Ogden, died after walking into the road and falling underneath the slow-moving semi.
Witnesses reported to police that Serrano and another person had been arguing near the side of the road before the accident.
Serrano had a history of seizures, but Zaccardi said police still weren't sure if that played any role. It was still unknown why Serrano fell underneath the truck.
Police, who are still investigating the case, were not releasing the name of the truck driver.
