DRAPER -- Police say a 52-year-old employee at a Draper meat packing plant is dead after being crushed by loading equipment.
Authorities say Camacho Guillermo Borcequin was killed in the accident about 11 a.m. Thursday at Smith & Sons Meat Packing Company.
Police say he was operating a skid-steer loader when the bucket on the vehicle got jammed. Officials say Borcequin was trying to dislodge it when he was crushed between the loader and the trailer.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Draper police are investigating the incident, along with the Utah Medical Examiner's Office and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
