OGDEN -- A woman was hospitalized Tuesday after an apparent medical problem caused her to crash into oncoming traffic.
Ogden Police Lt. Scott Conley said the accident happened near the 5100 block of Harrison Boulevard, at about 7:50 a.m. The woman was driving northbound when she veered into oncoming traffic, hitting two southbound cars and a guard rail.
A seizure may have caused the accident, Conley said. The woman was transported to McKay-Dee Hospital.
The woman was not cited at the scene, Conley said.
Traffic was diverted from at least one lane of Harrison Boulevard while crews were on the scene.
