I have to agree with the writer of the Oct. 19 letter, "Many may find resolve in "My Hope America."
As a society, we have turned from God, and look at what's happened. Our society as a whole is totally, spiritually and morally, bankrupt. We do call good evil, and evil good, but the Bible states would happen in the last days. Read Isaiah 5:20. Throughout the word of God, it talks about what is happening to us nowadays (Mark 13, Luke 21, Matthew 24) and many other places. It's just that a lot of the Christian churches don't teach it because they don't want to offend anyone (political correctness comes to mind).
I believe that is where a lot of the problems lie. Churches need to get back to teaching deeply the true word of God and not what people want to hear. Only then, can people know the truth.
I do hope and pray, as a nation, that millions of people will watch Rev. Graham on Nov. 9 and turn to Christ. It really may be our last chance to change our ways. God bless everyone and God bless America.
