SALT LAKE CITY (AP) -- A memorial cross for a fallen Uintah County sheriff's deputy has been vandalized again.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports the widow of detective Kevin Orr found the cross vandalized during a visit there last Friday. The words, "Dead pig" and "illegal cross" had been painted on the cross in green marker.

It is the fourth time the cross has been vandalized since it went up after Orr died in a helicopter crash in November 2006 while trying to find a missing woman on the Green River in eastern Utah.

The cross has been shot, painted and driven into in the six years it's been up.

Orr's widow, Holley Orr, is offering a $2,000 reward for information about the most recent vandalism.
