Diane and Boyd Montgomery

Boyd and Diane Montgomery of Perry will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary. Family and friends are welcome to attend an open house in their honor from 4 to 8 p.m. on Feb. 8 at the LDS chapel located at 2250 S. Highway 89 in Perry.
They were married on Feb. 7, 1964.
He was born in Murray to Beth Sandstrom Montgomery and Jay Fullmer and later adopted by Daniel E. Montgomery. He graduated in 1959 from Granger High School. He received an honorable discharge from the U.S. Navy and has been a member of the Lions International for more than 24 years.
His siblings are Daniel E. Montgomery II, Lee Alan Montgomery (deceased), Nadine Lomax and Signey Matson (deceased).
She was born in Ephrium to Pauline Edwards Bjerregaard Hart and Roy Bjerregaard. Her stepfather was Kenneth S. Hart. She was known as Diane Hart. Her siblings are Linda Anderson, Christine Winn and Verl Hart (deceased). She graduated from Granite High School in 1963.
Their children and spouses are Jonathon G. Montgomery, Sharon L. and David Neilson, David B. Montgomery, Terry G. and Julie Montgomery, and Michelle D. and Shawn Stringham.
The couple’s parents are deceased, and they have 12 grandchildren.
