Police: Man rolls truck in DUI accident in BDO

OGDEN -- Police say a 59-year-old man who rolled his truck in Business Depot Ogden Monday evening had been drinking.

Ogden Duty Lt. Will Cragun said at 5:42 p.m. the Marriott-Slaterville man was driving his 2004 Whilte Dodge Ram 3500 westbound in the 700 block of west 2nd Street.

Cragun said the man struck a curb, drove over the park strip, struck two trees and rolled the truck onto its top.

The accident rendered the truck and two trees and some landscaping total losses, he said.

The man was taken to McKay-Dee hospital by ambulance with head pain. No other vehicles were involved in the accident.

The accicent remains under investigation.
