SALT LAKE CITY -- Lyndsey Lynch, a 7-year-old girl from West Haven who was flown to Primary Children's Medical Center late Monday night, died Tuesday after being taken off life support, hospital spokesman Jason Carlton confirmed.

Carlton said no other information was available Tuesday night.

Authorities responded to a 911 call Monday after the child was found unconscious in a bathtub at her home. They tried to revive the child before she was flown to Primary Children's, Sheriff's Lt. Lonnie Eskelson said.
