Bluff Ridge Elementary gets plaque for supporting troops

SYRACUSE -- Bluff Ridge Elementary received a special plaque Friday afternoon for their support of the troops.

Students, parents and faculty from the school sent the Army 2nd Battalion 28th Infantry, stationed in Iraq, baby wipes, foot powder, toothbrushes, bug spray, sunscreen and other supplies.

The school donated a total of 60 boxes of supplies.
