Mural celebrates Ogden's 'Breaking Through' in outdoor recreation

Jill Healy De Hann created the winning mural design for South Ogden's two water tanks, which are often the first things visitors see as they enter the city. De Hann, 25, of Salt Lake City, grew up in South Ogden and says she wanted to capture the city's natural beauty through the seasons.
