Turn pain upside down?

Have you tried everything to get rid of your back pain? What about hanging upside down? Proponents of the inversion table say that hanging upside down extends the back and relieves back pain.

Jon Rhodes, physical therapist with the Ogden Clinic, said inversion, or being upside down, is especially helpful for a herniated or bulging disk in the neck or back because it decompresses and extends the back.
