FARMINGTON -- Ten women will now vie for the title of Miss Farmington at 7 p.m. tonight at the Community Arts Center, 120 S. Main St.
The contestants are: Ashleigh Hefner, Kara Riley, Alyssa Newland, Alison Bowe, Sheena Reiche, Cait Miller, Caitlyn Costley, Abbie Wight, Jessica Francis and Heather Gemperline.
Tickets are $6 at the door.
The event is hosted by Mayor Scott Harbertson and Miss Farmington 2010, Arielle Simpson. Nearly $6,000 in scholarships will be awarded in various pageant categories.
