Faye Hawks Morris

Faye Hawks Morris of Ogden will celebrate her 98th birthday at a family luncheon to be held in her honor.

She was born on Sept. 7, 1912, in Portage.

She married Glen Morris on Dec. 10, 1936, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Salt Lake Temple.

She was employed by the Box Elder County school lunch program for 17 years. She worked at Willard North Park and Mckinley schools.

She served an LDS mission to the Eastern States and has served in various leadership positions at the ward and stake levels.

Her children and their spouses are Sandra and Robert Callister, Sheila and Lyman Thorpe, Karen and Kenneth Johnston, Sherma and Kip Parker, and Craig and Shauna Morris.

She has 16 grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
