Lola Dean Hill Coombs of Fielding will be celebrating her 80th birthday at a family gathering.
She was born on Oct. 11, 1930, in Tremonton to Seymour and Lydia Hill. She graduated from Bear River High School in 1948.
She married Keith H. Coombs on Oct. 20, 1949, in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Salt Lake Temple. They celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary last year.
Her six children and their spouses are Susan and Gary Wakley, Judy and Rick Steed, Cindy Coombs, Lana Coombs, Kirk and Tina Coombs, and Joann and Matt Allen. She has 20 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.
She has held many church callings. She enjoys life. A wife and mother, she enjoys spending time with her family.
She says she cherishes all the good times shared together with family and friends.
