Thousands to pay tribute to slain Ogden officer today

The police car of injured Ogden Officer Michael Rounkles is draped in black and blue outside of the Ogden Police Department on Tuesday. The lobby has also been filled with floral arrangements.

OGDEN -- Thousands of mourners carrying flags and wearing blue ribbons are expected to line a somber funeral procession route today for fallen Ogden Police Officer Jared Francom.
