Centerville working to clean up Chase Lane property

CENTERVILLE — Officials are obtaining bids for cleaning and potentially demolishing the Chase Lane property, which has been an eye sore and a safety hazard for some time.

During a recent meeting, the city council directed staff to obtain those bids, notify owners of record and the realtor of the intent to demolish and then bring that information back to the next meeting for discussion.
