Memorial service for Utah Wing of the Civil Air Patrol planned

ROY -- The Utah Wing of the Civil Air Patrol -- the official auxiliary of the United States Air Force -- will host a memorial service at 10 a.m. Dec. 12 at the Hill Aerospace Museum Chapel. The service will commemorate the establishment of Civil Air Patrol by act of Congress on Dec. 1, 1941.
