FARMINGTON -- Coleman Nocks, the exterminator charged with two counts of negligent homicide in the death of two Davis County sisters, will go to trial in May.
Prosecutors said Tuesday they believe the evidence supports that Rebecca and Rachel Toone died a year ago from pesticide poison.
