WASHINGTON — Jeanette Barraza-Galindo conspicuously left her bags of teddy bears and throw pillows on a bus during an inspection at the Texas-Mexico border — and professed ignorance about the $277,556 officers found hidden inside. SYRACUSE — Jay Wilson, 66, has a warrant out for his arrest for sexually abusing and groping a woman.
He was charged with forcible sodomy, forcible sexual abuse and sexual battery in 2nd District Court on Thursday. A warrant for Wilson’s arrest was filed the same day.
