Dr. Dean Wilson Packard died Friday, Nov. 20, 2009, at his home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, Nov. 25, at 11 a.m. at Lindquist's Ogden Mortuary, 3408 Washington Blvd. Friends may visit at the mortuary on Wednesday from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. Interment, Lindquist's Washington Heights Memorial Park, 4500 Washington Blvd. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Research Foundation at 500 Huntsman Way, Salt Lake City, UT 84108.
