Phyllis Carter, of Morgan, died March 8, 2010, at McKay Dee Hospital due to cerebral hemorrhage. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 13, 2010, at 12 noon in the Morgan 5th Ward Chapel in Porterville, 2700 S. Morgan Valley Drive. Family and friends may call Friday, March 12, 2010, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Walker Mortuary, 45 W. 200 North, Morgan, and Saturday at the Porterville church from 10:45 to 11:45 a.m. prior to services.
