Teresa Lynn Post Schoonmaker, of Farr West, Utah, died August 12, 2010, of Neuroendocrine Pancreatic Carcinoma Cancer. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, August 16, 2010, at the Farr West Poplar Stake Center, 1745 N. 2300 West, Farr West. Friends may call at the stake center on Sunday, August 15 from 6 to 8 p.m. and Monday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Interment in the Ben Lomond Cemetery.
