SALT LAKE CITY -- Ten years ago, long before earning Olympic gold or embarking on her World Cup winning streak, Hannah Kearney skied around a bend at Park City's Deer Valley Resort and was a bit stunned.

Condoleezza Rice set to perform at Deer Valley

The Deer Valley Music Festival features a fundraiser this year with the help of The Muir Quartet -- and pianist and Renaissance woman Condoleezza Rice.

The fundraiser, which includes a performance, cocktails and tapas, and a reception with Rice, is at 5 p.m. Jan. 14.
