SALT LAKE CITY -- The 18-year-old son of a Salt Lake City woman who died suspiciously last fall says he lives in fear of his father and wants his three younger siblings removed from his father's home.

Be prepared. While this motto works for Scouts, the law enforces preparedness by requiring classes and education that must take place in order to access various legal remedies and privileges.

House Bill 363, which is awaiting Gov. Gary Herbert’s signature (or veto), would prohibit local school boards from educating our students on the full spectrum of reproductive health, harshly limiting the discussion of sex to abstinence and within marriage. SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- Sacramento police responded to a 911 call from the Martinez home last April and found Laurie Ann Martinez lying on the floor, crying hysterically.

Her shirt was ripped open, her lip split, her knuckles scraped. She told officers she had come home to find a strange man who knocked her unconscious, raped her and robbed her. She went with them to the hospital for an evidentiary exam.

It was, police allege, all a lie -- one concocted to persuade her husband to move to another neighborhood.
