Big Fix for pets schedules clinics

OGDEN — No More Homeless Pets is offering free spay and neuter services for dogs and cats in Ogden this week in the Big Fix mobile spay/neuter clinic.

The clinic will be held in the parking lot of the former Gold’s Gym, 550 25th St., opposite the Weber County Library, Monday through Wednesday.

The offer is for dogs and cats ages 8 weeks to 6 years. Surgeries are first-come, first-served with scheduling starting at 7:30 a.m.

Ogden residents must bring proof of residency to quality for free surgery. Low-income residents can also qualify for a free vaccination package or microchip by bringing proof of eligibility from CHIP, Medicaid, Food Stamps, WIC, Social Security disability, Section 8 housing or a tax return showing low income.
