SALT LAKE CITY — The bill banning synthetic forms of cannabis smoked like marijuana, as well as bath salts used like cocaine, was sent back to the Senate for possible amendments.
Rep. Gage Froerer, R-Huntsville, sponsor of House Bill 23, said Rep. Paul Ray, R-Clinton, had met with the Controlled Substance Advisory Committee on Thursday and learned there may be two more synthetic forms of cannabis that are not listed in the bill.
