Taylorsville, Kearns top Utah housing list

SALT LAKE CITY -- The Taylorsville and Kearns areas sold the most homes along Utah's Wasatch Front in late 2010.

The Salt Lake Board of Realtors said that collectively, 151 homes were sold in Taylorsville and Kearns during the fourth quarter of 2010.

Lehi trailed with a close sale of 141 homes, followed by Farr West with 128 homes sold.

Draper topped the list with the highest median price of $349,900 per house, with 111 homes sold in the fourth quarter.

More than 4,000 homes were sold along the Wasatch Front during the last three months of 2010. That's down 21 percent from the same period in 2009.
