LAYTON -- Widely read among teenagers, the book "The Hunger Games" is the reading selection for the 2010-11 school year in Davis School District.
Davis Reads, a community reading program sponsored by Davis School District, seeks to give families and communities an opportunity to share in a critical conversation about the books' themes and characters.
Members of the community are invited to share their thoughts about the book at one of two events.
Conversations are scheduled for 7 p.m. today at the Central Branch of Davis County Library, 155 Wasatch Drive, Layton, and 7 p.m. Wednesday at the South Branch, 725 S. Main St., Bountiful.
