CALL FOR ENTRIES in the Brigham City Fine Arts Center's short film contest, co-sponsored by Salt Aire Films. Open to the first 30 registered by Sept. 14; contestants must produce a 2-5 minute video related to a theme and suitable for an all-ages audience. Theme is "That's What I Meant to Say," criteria and list of phrases, objects and activities that must be included will be sent to contestants by e-mail Sept. 15.
