Several benefit events have been organized Saturday for Tyler Nielsen, an Iraq War veteran and family man who is battling colon cancer.
The events begin at 8 a.m. with a 5K/Fun Run at Jeannie Stevens Park in Tremonton.
An auction and raffle will begin at 1 p.m. at the Marble Park Auction Barn in Bothwell. A number of items will be sold with raffle tickets available at the door. Interested people may call Jessica for tickets at 435-279-4903; ticket holders don’t have to be present to win.
A dinner follows the auction at 5 p.m. Tickets are $5 and may be bought by calling 435-279-4903 or can be bought at the door. A concert will begin at 7 p.m. featuring The Beginning at Last, Poonhammer, Judge Mental and the Cox Family Band. Tickets are $5 at the door.
