The West Forest Street compost/green waste facility at 1650 W. Forest St. is adjusting its hours.
Beginning March 2 the compost site will be open Wednesday through Friday 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. The facility will not be open to the public Mondays and Tuesdays; however, the area allows green waste dumping any time.
Recycle bins for steel, aluminum and cardboard are on site for the community to access. The site needs cooperation so household garbage, furniture and appliances are not deposited here. Questions may be referred to 435-723-3146.
