The Bountiful Redevelopment Agency has approved a one year extension on a $90,000 loan to DSI Enterprises, which owns Costa Vida Restaurant at 501 W. 2600 South.
In action taken recently, the RDA unanimously approved a measure to extend the call date for the loan to July 1, 2012. DSI received a $90,000 loan in 2006 from the RDA and has been current with its payments to date, according to Aric Jensen, director of Planning and Economic Development.
A balloon of $49,233 was due on July 1, 2011 under the terms of the old agreement.
A balloon payment will now be due on July 1, 2012.
