LAYTON -- Students at Layton High School will have their animation, directing and acting on display next Friday.
The True Blue Film Festival is entering its fourth season. The idea came from four students who approached their teacher, Eric Sholer, about starting a festival to exhibit their work. This year, they will have more than 50 submitted films.
Submissions were presented in several divisions: commercial, five-second comedy, documentary, animation, music video, public service announcement, and short film.
The film festival begins at 6 p.m. April 29 in the Layton High School auditorium, 440 Wasatch Drive, Layton.
The event is free. For more information, call the school at 801-402-4800.
