The annual Safe Kids Day Fair will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 14 at Golden Spike Events Center on the Weber County Fairgrounds, 1000 N. 1200 West.
Free bicycle helmets will be given to the first 250 kids, with free t-shirts for the first 500. Among the attractions will be a bike rodeo, a petting farm, the Life Safety Trailer, an earthquake simulator and exhibits with police dogs, fire trucks and ambulances.
More than 7,000 people attended the fair last year, organizers said in a news release, with more than 100 local businesses and organizations represented. For more information, call the Weber-Morgan Health Department at 801-399-7105.
