CLINTON -- When Randy Kendall asked Angel Gallegos to paint a mural on the power box in front of his yard, Gallegos immediately had one question: "Am I going to get in trouble?"

George Handrahan isn't into painting pretty pictures.

"I'm more interested in creating a good piece of artwork. Design, composition and color are important to me," he said. "Of course, I want it to be interesting."
