OGDEN -- It was a quick slugfest between 180-pound MMA pros Mike Arrant and Brandon Melendez at Total Mayhem's fight card Saturday night at Lindquist Field. The two swapped several hard shots within a minute but Arrant landed the last punch, a hard shot that dropped Melendez for good. It was an electrifying win for Arrant, who is now 10-8 and only moving up in his career. The win over Melendez, a former UFC pro, may be his best so far.
