SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Saratoga Springs has a new city manager.
The Daily Herald reported Thursday that Mark Christensen was chosen for the job. Christensen is currently the city manager for Washington Terrace.
Christensen will continue to work for Washington Terrace for 90 days. He will also work in Saratoga Springs one day a week until he becomes a full-time employee.
Christensen was chosen from among 55 applicants evaluated by a committee including Saratoga Springs officials and the city managers of Draper and Pleasant Grove.
In June, former city manager Ken Leetham left to return to school for his second masters degree in executive administration.
