SALT LAKE CITY — Utah
parents struggling to pay for family health insurance could qualify for
help. The Utah Department of Health announced Monday it is taking
applications until Thursday for a cheap insurance plan. A family
of four making less than $33,075 would qualify. Utah's Primary

services and prescriptions. Sign-up period is until Thursday. The
network covers physician services, dental services, eye exams,
emergency room visits, birth control, and general preventive services.
