Saturdays, 8 a.m., turbo-kick class at the Warrior Health and Fitness Center brings the ultimate cardiovascular challenge with specific warm-ups, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combos, kickboxing and a tai chi cool down.
Total body class at the Warrior Health and Fitness Center, strength class using hand-held weights, balance balls and more -- strength with attitude. Classes are: Mondays and Wednesdays at 5 a.m., 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5 p.m. , and Fridays at 5 a.m. and 8 a.m.
